1. Who is responsible for paying duties and taxes for international shipments?

For international orders, the Consignee (Recipient) is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be imposed upon delivery. These fees are not included in the total purchase price or shipping charges at checkout and must be paid directly to your local customs office or carrier upon delivery.


2. How much import duty will I need to pay?

Import duty rates vary by country and are determined by the customs authorities of the recipient’s country. The amount is typically based on:

  • The declared value of the package

  • The type of product

  • Local tariff classifications

We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific import regulations and duty rates before placing an order.


3. How do we help reduce your import tax burden?

To help reduce your import duties, we generally:

  • Declare the package value between $20 USD and $150 USD, based on the item’s weight and size

  • Label the package as a “Gift”, where appropriate

Note: We ship international orders via USPS First Class, and import duties are ultimately determined by your country’s customs policies.


4. What happens if your package encounters customs clearance issues?

In the event of a customs delay or clearance issue:

  • We will assist you by providing the necessary shipping invoice or documentation

  • We will contact USPS on your behalf to help resolve the issue

  • If clearance fees arise due to paperwork discrepancies or carrier communication, we will cover those fees to ensure smoother processing

However, delays caused by customs are beyond our direct control, and we appreciate your patience in such cases.
